Honey is a unique product, rich in nutrients, scent and taste. The differences between the varieties of honey produced in our country are very important. For one thing the quality of honey depends heavily on the skill of the apiarists and the bottler. When the standard procedures are followed both in apiculture and bottling, the honey quality remains elevated, and its taste, fragrance and color are preserved unadulterated, just as nature has generously offered them to us.
